Adopt imported core control unit and apply the principle of capacitive miniature pendulum. Using the earth's gravity principle, when the tilt unit tilts, the earth's gravity will produce a gravitational component on the corresponding pendulum, and the corresponding capacitance will change. By amplifying and filtering the capacitance, the inclination will be obtained after conversion.
HDA446T is a digital MEMS dynamic tilt sensor designed to measure the real-time attitude of moving or vibrating carriers, including roll, pitch, and azimuth angles.
It integrates high-precision accelerometer and gyroscope units with a Kalman filter algorithm to improve dynamic measurement accuracy. The sensor provides real-time angle output and compensates for nonlinearity, orthogonal coupling, temperature drift, and centrifugal acceleration, helping reduce measurement errors caused by motion and acceleration interference.
Featuring dynamic and static dual-mode measurement, non-contact measurement, strong electromagnetic interference resistance, and dual CAN communication modes (CAN2.0A/CAN2.0B), HDA446T is suitable for complex motion conditions and harsh industrial environments, including applications involving strong impact and vibration.
