▶ PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HDA536T is an advanced digital MEMS dynamic tilt sensor developed by RION Technology. It is capable of measuring the attitude parameters (roll, pitch, and azimuth) of moving platforms and is optimized for tilt angle measurements in dynamic or vibrating environments.
Equipped with a high-precision accelerometer and gyroscope, the HDA536T incorporates the Kalman filter algorithm, enabling accurate real-time motion data acquisition under dynamic conditions. It supports multiple output interfaces such as RS485, RS232, and TTL, providing excellent versatility and expandability.
The device employs a non-contact measurement method to directly output real-time attitude and inclination data, ensuring ease of use without requiring alignment or calibration of the installation points. With integrated high-precision AD and gyro units, it compensates in real-time for factors such as nonlinearity, cross-axis coupling, temperature variations, and centrifugal acceleration. This minimizes errors caused by acceleration-related interference, enhancing dynamic measurement precision.
Designed for reliability in demanding motion scenarios and harsh environments, this dual-mode (dynamic and static) sensor exhibits excellent resistance to electromagnetic interference. It is an ideal solution for industrial automation, control systems, and attitude measurement applications.
