HCA396L is a dual axis high-precision tilt sensor developed specifically for industrial engineering industries such as foundation pit tilt sensors, monitoring, and bridge inspection. Inheriting the stability of the HCA series, the accuracy is effectively improved, the temperature drift performance is more superior, and the long-term stability is less than 0.01 degrees. At the same time, through the 5th-order filtering algorithm, the roll angle and pitch angle of the sensor can be solved by the composite calculation of the dual-axis gravity. Each product is corrected for the dual-axis cross-axis error through a multi-faceted turntable inside the factory to ensure that the product has the least influence between the measuring axes when the range is large. The product has a built-in RS485 interface, and the interface integrates a protection circuit to ensure that it will not affect the 485 bus. The power supply also uses a multi-level voltage stabilization and over voltage and over current protection circuit. The product is a true industrial-grade product with reliable performance and good scalability, suitable for various harsh industrial control environments.
