▶ INTRODUCTION
PCA826T-CAN2.0A is a high-performance product developed by Rion Technology specially for the high-precision inclination measurement. Before leaving the factory, all products would have full temperature range calibration and compensation, and a two-week long-term stability test ensures compatibility under different working conditions and maintains the best performance indicators during the long-term test cycle. Built-in filtering algorithm makes the product have lower noise and higher response speed. It is CAN2.0A output. The characteristics of non-contact installation make PCA826T easy and convenient to install. You only need to mount the sensor on the surface of the object to be measured with screws, and the horizontal angle of the object can be automatically calculated, which is simple to use. Strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference, strong shock and vibration ability, widely used in satellite communication vehicles, radar antenna vehicles, wind turbines etc.
▶ INSTALLATION PRECAUTION
Please install the tilt sensor according to the correct method. Incorrect installation will cause measurement errors. Pay special attention to one "surface" and two "line":
1) The sensor mounting surface and the surface to be measured must be fixed tightly, flat and stable, if installation surface is unevenness, it will cause the angle error.
2) The axis of the sensor and the axis to be measured must be parallel, and there should be no angle between the two axes as possible.
