▶ APPLICATION FIELDS
The HDA536T is a next-generation digital MEMS dynamic tilt sensor by RION Technology, designed for precise measurement of motion parameters—roll, pitch, and azimuth—on moving platforms. It excels in tilt angle measurement even under motion or vibration conditions.
With a high-precision accelerometer, gyroscope, and integrated Kalman filter algorithm, the HDA536T delivers real-time motion data with exceptional accuracy. It supports multiple signal output modes, including RS485, RS232, and TTL, offering outstanding flexibility and scalability.
Using non-contact measurement, the sensor outputs real-time attitude and inclination data without requiring relative positional adjustments during installation. Its advanced design compensates for nonlinearity, orthogonal coupling, temperature drift, and centrifugal acceleration, minimizing motion acceleration interference and significantly improving dynamic measurement accuracy.
This dynamic-static dual-mode sensor is engineered for long-term operation in complex motion scenarios and harsh environments. With strong resistance to electromagnetic interference, it’s an excellent solution for industrial automation, control, and motion monitoring applications.

1)Resolution : It refers to the smallest change in the measured value that can be detected and resolved by the sensor within the measurement range. 2)Accuracy: refers to the root mean square difference between the measured and actual angle value by multiple measurements (>16 times) under normal temperature. 3)Zero temp. drift coefficient: the change rate of the indication value relative to normal temperature within the rated operating temperature range of the sensor at the zero degree. 4)Sensitivity temp. drift coefficient: The percentage change rate with temperature of the full-scale indication relative to the full-scale indication at room temperature of the sensor in its rated operating temperature range. |
