AKP342 Triaxial Vibration Sensor with FFT Analysis for Wind Turbine Monitoring

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

AKP342 is a high-precision, low-noise three-axis vibration sensor specially for monitoring wind turbines. All products have been calibrated and compensated in the whole temperature range and tested for long-term stability for two weeks before leaving the factory to ensure that the best performance indicators are maintained under different working conditions and long-term test cycles. The product integrates the FFT function, which can measure the static 0HZ or 0.1 ~ 10Hz vibration, estimate the object vibration data by algorithm, and obtain the 60-second effective value, maximum and minimum value, peak-to-peak value, first-order main frequency and amplitude of the object vibration. Two output protocols are integrated, including the industrial standard MODBUS protocol. The supporting computer analysis software can display, record and analyze the measurement data in real time. The output interfaces RS485, RS422 and RS232 are optional. The feature of non-contact installation makes AKP342 have strong system integration and convenient installation. The horizontal angle of the object can be automatically calculated only by fixing the sensor on the surface of the object to be measured with screws. It is easy to use. It has strong ability to resist external electromagnetic interference and withstand shock and vibration, and is widely used in satellite communication system processing vehicles, special command vehicles, radar antenna vehicles, etc.
