ACA2200T ANALOG SERVO INCLINOMETER WITH ULTRA-HIGH ACCURACY AND STRONG EMI RESISTANCE
▶ GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ACA2200T is an analog balanced servo inclinometer developed by RION Technology, built around a high-precision mechanical-electrical system comprising five key components: a non-contact displacement sensor, torque motor, error amplifier, feedback loop, and cantilever mass.
Compared to conventional electrolytic or capacitive inclinometers, the ACA2200T delivers superior performance in non-linearity, repeatability, hysteresis, temperature drift, shock resistance, vibration tolerance, and operating temperature range.
It integrates a 32-bit high-performance ARM processor, offering a resolution of 0.0001°, accuracy of 0.005°, and temperature drift as low as 0.0002°/°C. The response frequency reaches 50 Hz with a baud rate of 115200, making it a powerful solution for demanding applications.
The sensor features a non-contact installation method—simply mount it to the surface of the object, and it will automatically compute inclination and attitude. There's no need for complex alignment or dual-surface mounting.
With strong resistance to EMI and high tolerance to shock and vibration, ACA2200T holds a distinct competitive edge in the domestic market, and is widely used in industrial and military-grade applications where accuracy and reliability are critical.
