The ACA618T/ACA628T-N is a high-precision single/dual-axis inclinometer designed for accurate measurement with full temperature compensation and current output. It features a sophisticated 24-bit A/D differential converter that ensures exceptional linearity in current output, eliminating the need for user calibration. This inclinometer is known for its stability, reliability, and user-friendly operation.

Incorporating a high-resolution temperature sensor that works in conjunction with the MCU, the device provides secondary temperature compensation, achieving a minimal full temperature zero drift of 0.0005°/℃. At room temperature, it boasts an impressive accuracy of 0.003° for small measurement ranges. The output is provided in a 4-20mA format, enabling long-distance transmission of up to 2 kilometers, surpassing typical voltage outputs.

Its non-contact installation feature allows compatibility with various systems—simply secure the sensor to the surface of the object being measured with screws, and it will automatically calculate the inclination angle. This design facilitates convenient installation, straightforward operation, and robust performance against interference and vibration, giving it a significant edge over competing products.
