HCA526T-WL is a wireless transmission dual-axis tilt sensor launched by RION for the industrial field control field. The product is divided into two parts: wireless induction probe and wireless data reception. Both parts have independent receiving antennas. The wireless ISM full-band working frequency is adopted, which conforms to the ISM band communication standard and does not need to apply for frequency points. Carrier frequency is within 400-480MHZ. The communication distance can reach 200 meters in the visible open area. The GFSK modulation mode adopts a high-efficiency forward error correction channel coding technology, and improves the capability of data for resisting burst interference and random interference. The acceleration measurement structure adopts aluminum alloy shell and full waterproof structure, which can work outdoors for monitoring application for a long time. The product is divided into a wireless inclinometer and a wireless data receiver. The receiver is composed of a receiving antenna and an aviation connector. The receiver outputs the acceleration measurement value received by the wireless module through the RS232/RS485 interface. The user only needs to provide a power supply and collect its digital signal to measure and analyze the acceleration and vibration change information of the remote object in real time. The inclinometer has a built-in 16bit A/D differential converter with high precision, which can measure the tilt and pitch angle of the sensor output relative to the horizontal plane through a 5-order filtering algorithm. The output interfaces RS485, RS232, RS422 and TTL are optional. Because of the built-in digital temperature sensor with high precision, the temperature drift of the sensor can be corrected according to the change of the built-in temperature sensor to ensure the high repeatability of the product in low and high temperature environments. The standard output response frequency can be up to 18 Hz. If higher response frequency is required, we can customize it according to the user.
