General Description

 

SCA126T-WL is a wireless transmission type dual-axis inclinometer launched by RION company to the field of industrial control,Is composed of the measurement transmitter and the receiver two parts, using wireless ISM all band operating frequency, in line with the global ISM band communications standard, no need to apply frequency point. The carrier frequency is within 400-480MHz. Open area in visual communication distance up to 200 meters. GFSK modulation method and adopt efficiency forward error correction channel encoding technology, to improve the ability of the data against burst interference and random interference. Acceleration measurement structure is made of aluminum alloy shell, fully waterproof structure, long-term work in the outdoor monitoring applications.

 

This product is composed of wireless inclinometer and wireless data receiver two parts, both of two parts along with receiving antenna and the air connector components, through RS232/RS485 interface port the receiver output the acceleration measurement values which received by wireless module, the user simply to provide the power supply and collecting its digital signal then can real-time measure and analyze the remote object accelerometer and vibraton changes

 

The inclinometer built-in high-precision 16bit A / D differential converter, through 5 filtering algorithm, which can measure the angle of sensor output relative to the horizontal tilt and pitch tilt. The output interface RS485, RS232, RS422, TTL, are optional. It can correct the sensor temperature drift in accordance with the changes of the built-in temperature sensor, to ensure high repeatability of the product in the low-temperature and high-temperature environment. The output frequency response standards up to 18Hz, for higher response frequency Division we can customize according to the user requests. The products are truly industrial-grade products, reliable performance, scalability, and a variety of output options. Suitable for a variety of harsh industrial control environment.
