Company News About BDA450 Bluetooth Dynamic Attitude Sensor for Motor Grader Angle Control
Accurate angle measurement is important for motor grader leveling and grading operations. During construction, changes in machine attitude and working conditions can affect the blade angle and leveling results. The BDA450 Bluetooth dynamic attitude sensor provides real-time attitude data to help monitor the working angle of motor graders and support blade angle adjustment.
BDA450 integrates a three-axis accelerometer, three-axis gyroscope and temperature sensor, combined with a Kalman filtering algorithm, to provide stable real-time 3D dynamic attitude measurement. With a maximum update rate of 100 Hz, the sensor can capture dynamic changes of mobile machinery during operation.
For motor grader applications, BDA450 can be installed on the machine to monitor its dynamic attitude and working angle. The collected attitude data can be transmitted wirelessly to a controller or other receiving device, providing useful information for blade angle adjustment, machine leveling and grading operations.
The wireless design can help reduce cable connections between the sensor and control system, providing greater flexibility for equipment integration and installation. BDA450 can also output acceleration and gyroscope data, making it suitable for different motion monitoring requirements.
